Thompson previously served as both President and CFO at Veriato. He has been with the company for over 10 years and is now responsible for all operational aspects.

Thompson is a senior financial executive with more than 20 years of leadership and management experience with domestic and multi-national corporations in various industries, including technology, telecommunications, distribution and manufacturing. He has experience in strategic planning and tactical execution, as well as in leading global initiatives and managing businesses with multiple locations.
Thompson has extensive knowledge in mergers and acquisitions, handling the diligence, negotiation, structuring and completion of over 30 transactions. He's also versed in audit control, vendor relations, negotiations, financing, long-term leases and bank relations. Thompson has a Masters of Accountancy from Virginia Tech.
