Marketing Manager

Awareness is growing fast and is looking for a full-time marketing manager to create and execute on marketing strategy for its two B2B software brands: Veriato and InterGuard. The Marketing Manager will play an important role in executing the company’s marketing strategy. They will create and produce content and materials, lead online marketing projects and event operations, and will be responsible for various marketing-related research projects. Our ideal candidate is a creative individual, with substantial writing skills and strong technical orientation.

We are a small, highly collaborative marketing team so you’ll need good people skills and a great sense of humor to feel at home.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain the company’s marketing collateral to always reflect the latest updates
  • Manage marketing operations such as email marketing, branding, content marketing, lead qualification & nurturing and automated marketing campaigns
  • Track and report on performance of marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate marketing events including trade shows, conferences, and awards
  • Manage the editorial calendar promoting thought leadership across blogs, videos, articles, etc.
  • Develop a wide range of sales enablement collateral (decks, one-pagers, landing pages, case studies), etc
  • Conduct competitive analysis, stay up to date with industry news and trends
  • Be an all-around team player, working with other teams and bringing forward new ideas

REQUIRED:

  • At least 3 years experience in content, digital advertising, communications and previous marketing roles in B2B software
  • Passionate about writing creative, performance-driven content
  • Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role, preferably in a B2B software company
  • Ability quickly to grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and illustrations
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Strong storytelling, creative and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools (Hubspot & Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with Canva/Design tools – Advantage

Enterprise Sales Executive

As the Enterprise Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is new business development at the enterprise level. The right candidate will thrive in taking ownership and developing a business in an entrepreneurial environment, building trusted relationships and managing the sales process.  In this role, you will use your technical sales abilities to open doors and present the suite of enterprise products to prospective customers, and will be able to translate those technical features and benefits to the business buyer to close the deal.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and own the market in your territory

REQUIRED:

Senior Product Support Technician

The Senior Support Technician complements our Support team by solving challenging issues regarding post-sales, installation, troubleshooting, configuration, and usage of our software. Customer Support excellence is mandatory. You will troubleshoot and provide Solutions via e-mail or phone calls, including installs, upgrade and migrations, meeting assistance requests from customers with courtesy and respect always, no matter how trivial or complex the request may be or how inept the customer may be. The Senior Product Support Technician reports to the Director of Support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Multitask by taking support phone calls and responding to support e-mail simultaneously.
  • Prioritize e-mail tickets by age and reply in a timely manner.
  • Collecting information from customers experiencing the issue, analyzing performance logs, establishing a hypothesis, testing it, and implementing a corrective solution for the customer.
  • Demonstrate patience and try to refine a technical problem into consumable advice.
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Perform remote sessions, as indicated by the nature of the issue, or at the customer’s request.
  • Provide timely follow-up to assure customer satisfaction that issues are thoroughly resolved.
  • Consult with colleagues/techs to provide or gain assistance.
  • Escalate difficult cases to development to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Document and share unusual issues and solutions with colleagues and management.
  • Establish good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
  • Inform management regarding issue trends, and difficult or unsatisfied customers.
  • Recommend optimum hardware to customers for their environment.
  • Onboard users to the software, and/or provide initial training in the use of the software.
  • Maintain satisfactory performance and attendance to meet departmental expectations.

REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years Windows troubleshooting experience.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Windows operating systems 7.0 to 10 as well as Server 2016 and above.
  • Able to navigate in MAC OS 10.11 and above.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer support.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding documentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • AA/AS degree (preferably technical), technical certifications, or equivalent work experience

Product Manager

Our industry leading products, Interguard, Vision and Cerebral products help organizations manage challenges related to insider threats and worker productivity. Our aim is to become the go-to product in the insider threat and productivity management space.

As a product manager, you will lead the charge in steering the product in the right direction while keeping the commercials healthy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop the vision and strategy for enterprise B2B products
  • Thoroughly research the space, conduct 4P & 4C analysis and develop key strategies and differentiators to help Awareness achieve the leadership position.
  • Develop product pricing.
  • Be responsible for translating that vision and strategy into concrete roadmaps and goals, and working with your team to execute.
  • Be responsible for collaborating across teams/orgs, driving ambiguous areas from start to finish, and communicating the team's strategy, vision and progress
  • Work closely with product marketing to set the right messaging and ensure that the message reaches the enterprises
  • Deliver on metrics set by the Management
  • Develop metrics required to keep analyze product’s commercial performance

REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Product Manager, with at least 1 year in a dedicated Growth position preferably in information security and/or workforce productivity space
