We are searching for a Technical Support Engineer to join our support team in solving
challenging issues regarding pre-sales, installation, configuration and usage
of our software.
This position requires that you possess excellent written and
verbal communications skills, as considerable time will be answering pre and
post sale concerns via email and telephone.
You must have outstanding knowledge of all versions of Windows,
advanced knowledge of Network Administration and troubleshooting in order to
isolate and solve technical issues quickly and accurately in a team environment.
Microsoft SQL experience is a plus. You should be highly motivated, able to
multitask, and have a commitment to customer satisfaction.
A successful candidate will have experience in the following but not limited to:
- User Accounts
- Chat and
- Microsoft SQL
knowledge is a plus
Minimum requirements include:
- 5+ years
Windows troubleshooting experience.
- Expertise in
Microsoft Windows operating systems 7.0 to 10.1.
ability to provide outstanding customer support.

- AA/AS degree (preferably
technical), technical certifications, or equivalent work experience.
